I bring my 20 plus years in marketing to my real estate business. I lived in NYC for 11 years before coming to Asheville five years ago. I consulted with top agencies like Ogilvy and Mather, Gotham Advertising, HBO and Conde Nast. I’ve designed, written and worked on marketing plans for national homebuilders Pulte, Toll Brothers and Carlton Homes. Technology is more than being able to add your home to the MLS. I have the latest Intel Macintosh with Windows so I work in both platforms. I have video conferencing and use Skype, which enables me to work with buyers and seller from not only anywhere in the US, but also in the world. I use an iPhone which enables me to text, email, and get on the Internet for instant contact with buyers and sellers.
